Oak Lodge - our glamping pod

Oak Lodge is situated on the edge of Primrose Wood (a small ancient coppice woodland) and sits within the shade of a lovely 350 year old Oak tree.

It has all the creature comforts of home but in a wood!  It is ideal for those who like the idea of camping, but who don't like the thought of all those creepy crawlies in the tent and for those that like to sleep in a proper bed.

The lodge has a kitchenette (with fridge, hob, toaster, microwave and kettle), an en-suite toilet/shower room and living/dining area with a smart TV and WiFi throughout.  It comfortably sleeps a family of up to 6 people (1 double bed, 2 bunk beds and a double sofa-bed).

There is a spacious outside area with covered picnic table and fire pit.

NEW for 2023 - our Shepherd's Hut

Whether you want to snuggle up on a crisp autumn morning or take a walk among the butterflies in the meadows bathed in the summer sun, our delightful Shepherd's hut is ideal for a relaxing and romantic getaway or used as a base for exploring the National Park.

It comes with all the creature comforts of home - think of it like a hotel room, but on the edge of a small wood and has everything you need for a relaxing weekend away or a week-long stay with wonderful views across open fields and woods.

It has a kitchenette (with fridge, 2 ring gas hob, toaster, microwave and kettle), an en-suite toilet/shower room and living/dining area with a smart TV (with Roku player).
Bedding and towels are included. There is cosy heating (with a log burner - ideal for the colder months).

A travel cot can be provided for guests with infants (please note that bedding is not provided for the travel cot and guests staying with an infant will need to bring their own bedding).
