What can we offer.....

The barn, manege and stables are situated within nearly 20 acres of grassland, which means plenty of year-round, ragwort free grazing. The property is situated with excellent access to the local bridleway network and we are only 4 miles from the South Downs Way National Trail.

Our aim is to provide quality, affordable Livery for your horse.

All our paddocks are well maintained (harrowed and rolled in the spring and 'topped' in the late summer) and we have limited the number of horses and ponies at the yard so that we do not overgraze the paddocks.

Our Facilities include:

• 9 stables (indoor American barn style)  

• 40m x 20m floodlit outdoor school (sand & rubber) with poly jumps, cones, barrels, letters, seating etc.

• Free trailer/lorry parking

• Toilet, shower and changing room

• Heated kitchen with viewing window (kettle, fridge and microwave plus free tea and coffee)

• 18 well maintained paddocks (100% Ragwort free)

• Secure tack room (CCTV)

• Excellent access to miles of bridleways and local commons (including Woolbeding, Iping and Chapel Commons)
